- This was the first day out metal detecting with the Hoomya TX850 Metal Detector on pasture. This little machine handled very well and performed like a top end machine. Depth was Good, Stability was Good no issues under the power lines.

For the price mate its a great machine to start off with and use as a back up if needs be 🖒
To start up with but I use the nox and when the nox is no use I use the Tx850 ..
Thinking of getting one! I also like that it sounds like Sweep!

Problem is that alot of them have stopped working within few weeks. So pot luck how long they last. Looks good when their working tho.
They do have a year warranty. I've had mine a while and no issues 👍
@@TheFerretsVarietyChannel I don't doubt that mate. But i know a gd few detectorists that had or know people who've had them. And alot of them go bad. Either stopped getting power. Or just became totally erratic. I don't mind pot luck on a cheap gp pointer. But £150 is £150. And that can still get u a decent enough brand name machine secondhand. We're all different. But for me that's what I'd be doing. Good that yours is still ok.
