Lol nope. What's the data matter if smaller, cheaper, open source models can be trained to replicate the outputs of your model, simply by using your model itself as the input, without any need for direct access to your data? Unless you can perfectly gatekeep access to your resulting model and its outputs, your model and a meaningful replication of its weights is functionally open source whether you want it to be or not. The only real defence you have is to just not release your model publicly, and that's literally removing yourself from the competitive landscape while simultaneously ensuring that inevitably prolific open source solutions are simply not based on your model or ecosystem or IP at all.
Say good riddance to "intellectual property," in the area of generative model uniqueness at the very least.
