I've always wondered how exactly they made that incident "go away". I loved Season 1 of SOA--it was more episodic in structure so gave more leeway for exploring the members personalities and quirks. They were funner, dramatic and fast-paced. I loved seeing SAMCRO doing things like going to the carnival, hosting fundraisers and having Sunday Dinners etc.
Well Chibs stole the tape that was recording them. All they would've had to do was pay off the store clerk and tell him to tell the cops that he either tried to rob the place or that he pulled a gun and started shooting. Either would've been justified since the guy pulled a firearm.
I’ve always said they should of kept the template of season 1. The show was good until season 5 , then it went off the rails and became a soap opera with stupid , large , unrealistic shootouts
Yah i liked how logical it was yet chaotic. In the later season it just seemed to always escalate extremely fast but in the first couple you can see the gears move. They get pulled over for the fender so naturally juice creates a reason to distract the cop allowing for jax disable the car and flee. Insanity but practically getting the somehow. Where as after tara died it was always take it to nuclear level first chance possible even if its counter productive

I'm pretty sure that guy was acting in self defense. He was assaulted and beaten, by an armed man with a knife. Theirs been flimsier acquittals of self defense then that.
Nope, his life wasn’t in any danger as the threat already was moving away, even if he were to try and aim for the tires, he’d still have some serious repercussions if he were to miss and hit the driver or passengers
