I believe that you should have pressed the new one in pushing on the bearings section not the shaft, as the shaft might damage the bearings. Other than that, this is what I'm going to show to the shop when I swap mine. Thanks!

Your fan clutch is bad. Note how it keeps spinning after the engine shuts off. Great video!

If it has the same ac bracket it should be the exact process. If not the fundamentals of the video will help
