Uttam Kumar Tiwari has secured 24 rank in UPPCS 2021. His childhood was spent in a Lower Middle-Class Family. He did not get his job even after doing BTech, then he worked as a teacher in a college. But after one incident, he decided to prepare for PCS but needed to learn how to prepare for UPPCS Pre, Mains Exam, and Interview. He faced many challenges, even after giving PCS Mains 6 times and Interviews 5 times, he was not selected but did not lose courage and today he has come to inspire us all with his PCS Motivational Story.
