Avinash Singh ji is doing SDM training in Delhi. He was selected through the UPSC Civil Service 2021 Exam. Earlier he has served the country as Assistant Commandant in BSF. He was not very good in studies from school itself. He had done UPSC preparation from Delhi, but when the result of UPSC came 2 times, he was not selected in that. But with BSF job, he cracked UPSC in 2021.

Avinash Singh जी दिल्ली में SDM की ट्रैनिंग कर रहे हैं. इनका चयन UPSC Civil Service 2021 Exam के द्वारा हुआ था. पहले ये BSF में Assistent Commandent देश की सेवा कर चुके हैं. ये स्कूल से ही पढ़ने में बहुत अच्छे नहीं थे. इन्होंने UPSC Preparation दिल्ली से करी थी लेकिन 2 बार UPSC का जब Result आया तो उसमे इनका सिलेक्शन नहीं हुआ. लेकिन BSF की नौकरी होने के साथ इन्होंने 2021 में UPSC Crack करा.

सबसे पहले दोस्तों यह जवान नहीं थे अफसर थे और अफसर फौज में राजा होते हैं यह कब ऑफिस में आएंगे कब क्या करेंगे यह खुद ही तय करते हैं इनके पास इतना समय नहीं होता किसी जवान से मिलने या बातचीत करने या उसकी समस्याएं सुनने का और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह जवान को इतना समय देते ही नहीं है कि वह पढ़ाई कर सके और उनकी कार्यशैली के लिए प्राप्त सफलता के लिए बहुत-बहुत बधाई

There is lot of difference between a jawan and a assistant commandant.
A jawan don't have enough time to think about himself.
Assistant commandants are working in Ac where as a jawan working in field and not allowed to sit .
A assistant commandant works in AC and he can study on duty .
So don't mislead other by saying jawan in thumbnail.

लेकिन बाहर के लोगों को यह बिल्कुल भी मालूम नहीं है की सेना में ऑफिसर और जवान की जिंदगी एक जैसी नहीं होती है।
आप ऑफिसर थे तब आपको सपोर्ट मिला अगर कोई सेना का जवान इनके स्थान पर होता तो सायद वह UPSC देने के बारे में सोचता ही नहीं ।
सेना में जवानों को इतना 🧩 puzzle कर दिया जाता है जिससे उनके पास अपने कैरियर के बारे में सोचने और कुछ करने का समय ही नहीं होता है।
अगर कोई जवान civil में इससे अच्छी ग्रेड पे की जॉब ले भी ले तो ये लोग इसको release नहीं करते हैं NOC नहीं provide करते हैं।
ऐसी राजशाही व्यवस्था की में कड़ी निन्दा करता हूं।
और हमारे देशवासियों को भी जागना होगा क्योंकि किसी के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने की शक्ति इनको दी किसने है।
सेना में जवानों के पास canteen जाने का तो समय देते नहीं ये लोग तो ऐसी स्तिथि में कोई UPSC के बारे में सोच भी कैसे सकता है।
