- So ive been dying to do this one. After Demi, Miley and Selena, I didnt think Disney would have a trinity again. China takes the cake for me as i have always loved her. But all of them did really well. Let me know what you think.

Love chinas tone best
I love China's tone the most. However when it comes to upper belts I think Dove takes it. China with these mid belts though. Sofia definitely is awesome but Dove and China take the cake.
Dove voice is so light she is my least favorite tone of the three she takes off in upper belting
Sofia voice is distinctive I think she is the perfect middle between the two
China was my favorite she also has my favorite tone and has the strongest lows and mid belts
Actually, technically speaking, Dove's lows are the best. But I agree, China outdoes Dove and Sofia in mid-belting (I never expected her to be this good though, considering that very few vocalists from Disney can actually compete with Dove)
@@varunravi27 I will have to respectfully disagree on dove having the better lows. I think people also forget china was/is a singer before this movie. She also sings the middle notes in her group with her sisters.
@@Jhearn93 I agree that people do forget that China became a singer at a very young age. In terms of consistency and vocal freedom, Dove's low notes are a teensy bit better (China's darker tone allows her to project her low notes better than Dove so China wins for projection)
Sofia is of course the best lower register

Honestly this is one of my favorite TH-cam vídeos ever, is so funny how China seems to have the lowest voice but Dove and Sofia actually went lower then her, and she went higher then them (on belting) when seems like they both have higher voices (specially Dove). Tone wise I'll say China is my fav, but between all the notes I'll say my favorite high notes are by Dove (specially her E5 on Better in Stereo and the F5 on Ways To Be Wicked
what do you think these girls' voice types are? Dove is a soprano for sure, but what about Sofia and China? And yes I agree, the last Disney trinity was Miley-Demi-Selena oh how fast time flies. It's crazy that these three are from the same movie franchise tho. That's like putting Demi, Selena and Miley in a movie 😂

@@justinbraylock757 i think it's crazy how a mezzo can have more upper range than a soprano. Cause Dove goes to G#5 but China can go up to A5.
@@justinbraylock757 Dove's is the only correct one. China is also a soprano (her voice is evidently high-placed and her lows are far too weak for her to be a mezzo)... most people just don't know which subclassification (I would say she's an underdeveloped full-lyric because she has that womanly grit in her voice, but her voice, despite being powerful, is not powerful enough for her to be a spinto-soprano or a dramatic).
As for Sofia, I would classify her as a soubrette because she has a lower tessitura than the other two, but not low enough for her to be a mezzo-soprano. She lacks that darkness in her voice (it's rather bright and has a youthful quality; and, like the usual soubrette's, her voice lacks flexibility/agility)
