Dove is such an underrated vocalist. I don't think people realise just how good she is. She is a pretty well-rounded vocalist. She is consistent from G3-D5-A5/Bb5. Anyways, these are my thoughts on her separate vocal registers:
    Low notes -
Her lows are not the best amongst sopranos in the industry but, considering her tessitura is one of the highest in pop music, her low notes are good. Like you said, she is consistent down to G3 but she has displayed good diaphragm engagement and support down to F3/F#3 live.
Regarding the notes in this video, the D3s and Eb3s are pretty weak. The E3s and F3s are pretty good but are not supported. But OMG that F3 from Let It Go sounds PERFECT. I may be wrong but, considering it's so full and deep without any excess air, I think it's well-supported. Even the F#3s sound pretty full considering how light and bright her voice is. Everything above F#3 is fully supported.
    Belts -
This is easily the second best part of her voice. Even though Dove doesn't normally go beyond E5/F5 live, her mid-belts are still some of the best amongst young sopranos. She displays consistency up to D5 and has a pretty good vibrato (after all, she is classically trained). And, like you said, her projection and resonance are quite good, even though her volume output is not that big because she is a lighter, brighter soprano.
With respect to the notes in this video, the Bb4s sound pretty good but I don't hear too much resonance. The B4s are AMAZING. All of them are resonant. And OMG the first C5... one of the best notes of her career. The C#5s are decent and the D5s are pretty good. The Eb5s sound pretty thin... I think they're mixed. Unfortunately, none of them are supported but they still sound pretty good. Everything above sounds really good too but the last F#5/G5 in Bang Bang was a bit raspy, a sign of tension.
    Head voice -
This is, undebatably, her best register. Easily one of the best head voices in the pop music industry. I think Beyoncé, Whitney, SoHyang and Leona Lewis are the only ones who beat her at it. I LOVE the operatic quality in some of her head voice notes. And 8:29 LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST G5s EVER. Even though she's normally only consistent up to A5/Bb5, she has shown good moments on higher notes as well. The vibrato in the first C6 in this video sounds a teeny bit uneven but I think that's only because Dove's just playing and not actually singing. Even then, it sounds really good! And I love how she's casually hitting sixth octave notes in that episode of Liv & Maddie.
    Vocal Agility -
She doesn't often go overboard with her vocal agility. Even though she tends to execute more simple runs in her live performances, they are still clean and precise.
One thing I've noticed is that Dove sounds more like Maddie when she's singing in her lower range, a mix of both (probably 80% Liv and 20% Maddie) when she's belting and 100% like Liv when she sings in her head voice.

Does she have vocal damage? I was arguing with someone about it. They said “she isn’t a vocalist, she’s a singer” and her range is average. Do you agree?

@@Myeverythinggg I strongly disagree. This person clearly has no idea what they’re talking about considering that they assume more vocal range makes you a better vocalist. She is a STELLAR vocalist and is very well-rounded. Vocal agility is the only area in which she is lacking in comparison to her other vocal assets and even that is pretty great. She has pretty good lows (although I do think they could be less breathy), a good belt and an AMAZING head voice.

@@varunravi27 Ty for the reply! And yes I agree with everything you said!! Some ppl really think her vocals are “mediocre”
Bc she doesn’t belt that much anymore.

@@Myeverythinggg Honestly, I find people who think that belting makes you a better vocalist shallow and ignorant. Belting does not define a singer. Good technique and the ability to move somebody is what a true vocalist is, regardless of their style. Besides, Dove’s belting technique and her overall vocal technique is good regardless of whether she belts a lot or not.
