11:28 the pad is supposed to be for static discharge. Touch the pad before you get out and close the door to avoid getting a shock when you touch the handle...in theory. I forget what other cars I've seen these on.
My 95 surf had keyless entry at one point in it's life, the module is located under the drivers seat which has the aerial built in. Unfortunately it's impossible to get the keys and program them in this modern day.
You might be surprised what Toyota has lying around. They did small runs of all sorts of sticker packages. That said, a good sticker company can remake them pretty much identically. You would need measurements and some high quality pictures to use for reference.
We did get the hood scoop on 4Runner sport editions. They didn’t have a purpose except looks. But it was included. Check my page if you wanna see. My 02 had it.
Here in the US, we did get the hoodscoop but it didn't do anything. What we didn't get is an externally mounted spare.

I noticed a display right above the rearview mirror. Looked it up and seems like an overhead gauge cluster with an altimeter and compass? SO cool.

Those little pads might be for the keyless entry receiver signal if this one most probably had that option.

Head lights and front bumper does not come in this surf model. It is 2000 01 model
