Even though the 2 smartphones you've mentioned are built differently and deliver different kind of usage experience, the Reno10Pro+ has periscope telephoto camera that can zoom in pretty good while not losing on quality of the image/video. And can record 4k 60fps thanks to its SD SoC. N3 Flip has higher res wide-angle camera + Hasselblad tuning, and can use main cameras for selfies. And the main camera is great on both of them.
