- Jean Klein used the words "listening" or "welcoming" to experientially take his disciples to the impersonal background of consciousness during meditation. This full length meditation by Francis Lucille has to be listened to in a setting conducive to rest and stillness. Francis' association with Jean Klein as a disciple and a close friend lasted over two decades until Jean's death in 1998. Many current teachers in the tradition of Advaita (Nonduality) have attended Francis' teaching events. Some of them have been his long term disciples, among them Ellen Emmet, Rupert Spira, Pedro Branas.

I listen to Francis' Meditations first thing in the morning shortly after waking up.
Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you. Thank you so much. When the trying to meditate stopped, There was a realisation of the nature of compulsive thinking , and that compulsive thinking itself was and is a resistance, not just a habit. And that 99% of this resistance consisted of fear, of what other people think of this false identity that I considered myself.
Thank you Francis
