- I love President William Ruto as a person, I may differ with the way he is treating the DP, but I have never shied away from speaking my mind. I was with them in the campaigns and he told us this would never happen again. Tell us what Rigathi Gachagua has done. - Mutahi Kahiga, Nyeri Governor.

I like that he didn't say Prof cannot deliver. Instead he said listening to the ground, he is a leader of the future. Great choice of words.
This guy is a true predictor of the mountain votes. Remember when he declined Azimio invite to support Baba, remember the recent finance bill. I can quote him, "listening to the ground,Kindiki is a leader of the future"❤
I can tell you Governor, as a person who was only passively observing up to that point, the turning point for most of us was when the DP held his own press conference in Mombasa after the president had already spoken. It was in the middle of a crisis, it was simply wrong. My suspicion is that opinions firmed up after that. If the DP can humbly acknowledge that, maybe that could be a good starting point
To be fair, the president had no control over what other leaders would say about their interpretation of the verses in church. Right after he left that church meeting, he came to another Church meeting exactly where you were, and he did make some effort to call leaders to order. I agree that the DP comes out a genuinely good person. Maybe he was a bit unprepared for national governance/management of other leaders having risen straight up from MP. When he finds himself in unfamiliar/difficult situations, my guess is that he goes back to DO mode. Plus he may have taken power
And to me rigathi gachagua is very smart skimmer not for the people but for himself a man drunk with power people just remember only a yr a go he used to insult uhuru kenyatta because they were in good terms with Ruto.he is not a good leader

Mutahi kahiga has solely helped Gachagua to dig his grave. He is asking what gachagua has done when Gachagua has been using the presidency office to undermine other regions and opposing the government he is in... Gachagua has never articulated any government policy or agenda, i assume he does not know what the government plans for its people... The Presidency office is a unifying factor, you cannot use that office to undermine other regions...what happens if every leader says usiguze mahali natoka... Will the wanjiku survive?

@@Princegeorge952 the DP decided to be over ambitious and Kahiga is adding fuel to already escalating fire. He should tone down the political fire, Gachagua will be impeached and be ineffective he should be clever in his ambition. Gachagwa has done nothing other than fighting for relevance in Mt kenya by pushing uhuru or any other leader that's popular than him. Remember there was some statistics showing Nyoro being more relevant than the Dp and he was so worried
