How can I get this in the US? Is a custom-made solution my only option? Not many companies offer something like this and the only one I found for residential also makes you buy the faucet and it’s $5k.
KegLand has two main distributors in America. www.morebeer.com and www.williamsbrwing.com It's best to contact these guys directly and they can give you lead times and approximate arrival dates.
This product is illegal to install as it doesn't have Watermark certification. If it floods your kitchen, your insurer may not cover you. Very irresponsible to be selling these, especially advertising it to commercial premises. Dodgy!
Some people think that "All plumbed items require watermark to be installed in Australia". This item is not actually correct. Watermark has an "schedule of excluded items" of which this is excluded from watermark. This also goes for many water dispensing fridges or water coolers which are also sold in Ausrtalia without watermark. Our sparkling water unit exceeds the AS4020:2018 standard which is what is required if it is an "excluded" item from watermark approvals. I think you should start by reading the Watermark certification first and schedule of excluded items so you are a little better informed. We already have written documentation from Watermark saying that this item is excluded.
@@KegLand I am very familiar with Watermark specifications thanks, and since you're advertising it for "workplace, restaurants and cafe's" It should fall under a Watermark "in scope" appliance. " Chilled beverage & ice dispensing machines used primarily for commercial use to dispense ice, water and soda type beverages." which means it should have WMTS - 105. I would also add, that the dispenser tap itself is "in scope" also.
What kind of periodic maintenance does this require (descaling, etc.), and what is the procedure for that?
That would look damn good in my brewery nice job !
Cheers!
Im not getting much carbonation at 70psi co2, 85psi water. Any other suggestion?
