This is a fab smoothie to replenish your energy after a weights session in the gym!
INGREDIENTS:
•1x scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
*½ cup low fat strawberry yoghurt
*½ cup frozen mix berries
*1 Banana
*2 teaspoon natural honey
Love this recipe but I’m a bit worried about the amount of sugar!
