How To Reset The SA Password For The Named Instances

I can stop and start the way it is shown, but when I try to use sqlcmd, I have the message: SQL CMD Error: Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server : Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2]. .

Please Check Named Pipes is enabled or not. Enable It and restart the instance try again.
