Beautiful collection. I actually prefer the shinier Hayez.😁 I think it’s gorgeous. I do agree on the Giovanni. I feel like it should’ve been in a Mystery Box, but people like character (some more then others) so I think they would see that as having some Character.
Also I didn’t realize they were discontinuing the Artist Collection. They do source it from Italy so it’s probably harder to get and not so popular. Thanks for the heads up. -Jen

I’m so sorry about your Giovani. It looks like the dye is heavier on one area. I see the circle. I know you don’t enjoy the beat up look. I think that color is beautiful. Reach out to them. Hopefully they don’t pass the buck.i love your shiny dark brown one.

Someone posted their Giovanni on the bst board and it looked discolored like mine. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder :). If I contact them though I’ll mention it in a future video :)

I actually did contact CS Customer Service and they said it's the circular motion they use when they dye it so that is kinda cool.
