Technically, the band is only formed by Revo. He clearly has musicians he especially likes (the keyboard player in this live? There is this really crazy piano part in a song of Sound Horizon [Revo's main project] called Yoiyami no Uta and it was so bad that he had to go hunting for someone who was able to actually play it. That keyboard player was the only one who was actually able to do the part during the auditions and has become a common guest member ever since), but nobody is officially part of the band(s) besides himself. Anyone you see there are technically guest members, even if some have decades worth of history working with Revo.
He is also famous for working with not-so-famous but extremely talented singers, as he himself comes from the doujin (self-produced) music scene.
