Can I use "expo publish" for production apps that are already released to App Store, so users see my fix immediately without me submitting a new version to the stores?

Am I able to trigger an OTA even if the app is running in iOS's TestFlight? If so, should the build number/version match? Or does it matter? How does that work?

Hello , When we build an application in react native in PlayStore and there is packages that are installed inside the application and upgrade here version automatically , the questions
is there is a risk of a crash application from the PlayStore ? Thanks.
