Good question… if you are using them for decoration I’d say yes but I don’t think all the seams would hold up well if you want to wash them. Let me know if you try it - now I’m curious!
Good question and I’m not sure. I know you can use regular Mod Podge but have to gently hand clean it, not sure about other glue. Let me know if you try!
Will you make some for yourself, gifts or both?
Both. Great to coordinate with the holiday, loaded with cookies, cake, banana bread, etc.
Want to make a few with patriotic and a few for my sewing room with some of my favorite fabrics.
That will be cute! 🇺🇸
So many great tips! I love making these for cookie plates! Such a fun goodie gift plate too! ❤
They’d be great “giving plates” for Christmas with a holiday fabric 👍🏻
Very nice and love your easy understanding instructions
Thank you - have fun if you decide to give it a go!
I have made these for years. Great treats plate. Put in an easel and is great decor too.
Do you use fabric, paint, paper, other or all of the above? I think it could be a great keepsake for children's art.
I've used mostly fabric but have done some with napkins. I separated the layers and just used the one with the design.
@@janicecheatham8532 I've seen those done before as well - very pretty!
Very pretty 😊
thanks so much!
Thank you! I’m planning to do this to a tempered glass backsplash that will go behind my stove. Hopefully it will hold up to a little heat!
I’ll cross my fingers for you! Will be pretty 🥰
Can you use extra quilt blocks on back of the plates?
