    Cherry jam for 2 cakes
    Pitted cherries 150 g
    Corn starch 2 tsp
    Sugar 60 g or to taste

    Cream cheese 700 g
    Cream 33% 200 g
    Powdered sugar 100 g
    Pistachio paste 25-30 g
    Melted dark chocolate 30 g

    First, we prepare the basic cream cheese from cheese, cream and powdered sugar. My cream turned out weighing 1 kg.
    The resulting cream is divided into 3 parts:
    2 parts cream (400 g) - leave creamy (2 servings for 2 cakes)
    2 parts cream (400 g) - add pistachio paste (2 servings for 2 cakes)
    1 part cream (200 g) - add cocoa and melted chocolate (1 portion for 1 cake)
    To assemble the cakes:
    2 servings cream cake
    2 scoops pistachio cream
    1 portion of chocolate cream
    Cherry confiture
    150 ml strong coffee
    30 g grated dark chocolate
    3 tsp chopped pistachios
    Cake assembly:
    1). Tiramisu - 2 white biscuits, coffee soak, 1 portion of butter cream and a cream board, grated chocolate in the filling
    2). Coffee-Chocolate - 2 chocolate biscuits, coffee soak, chocolate cream and cream board, grated chocolate in the filling
    3). Cherry-Chocolate - 2 chocolate biscuits, 1 serving of butter cream and a board, cherry jam in the filling
    four). Chocolate-Pistachio - 2 chocolate biscuits, 1 serving of pistachio cream and chopped pistachios in the filling
    5). Pistachio-Cherry - 2 creamy biscuits, 1 portion of pistachio cream, cherry jam in the filling
