Bengaluru, India, hosts the annual Chitra Santhe art market and festival. Translated, it means "art market." Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, one of the city's foremost centres for arts and crafts, is in charge of organising the festival.
Every year on the first Sunday in January, the celebration takes place. 300 kiosks showcasing the creations of more than 1,500 artists from 22 states are present. Live acts, a restaurant, wheelchair-accessible parking, an entrance, and facilities are all included in the free festival admission.
Some claim that family and home shopping are enjoyable at the event. Some claim it's a one-stop shop for pottery, paintings, antiques, jewellery, bed linens, and clothes.
