As avid taco ambassadors, food explorers and street ethnographers, they have traveled across the U.S. to uncover the tastiest tacos, from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas to L.A. and New Orleans to New York City. And they’re keeping the conversation front and center through the United Tacos of America show. Keeping it true to their TacoJournalists roots, they’ll talk to the taqueros, tortilleras & makers, explore food cultures & people and provide their own commentary on top issues like corn vs flour and salsa vs hot sauce and of course, they’ll keep it muy caliente with their own cooking styles and Taco Tips of the week.
