Always enjoy these videos, thank you. 2 suggestions if I may: 1) when you share the examples could you show a photo of a person wearing it or have the host wear the item? 2) could you also leave a link of the item from your store. Thanks for considering.
Yours are my fav videos, I love how you simply a few trends/outfits, not overwhelming and great ideas-can’t wait for your spring 2023 outfit suggestion
Ah, I can see the original items at the thrift shop which match the looks, and can spot what will be awaiting future op shoppers in years to come..the lonesome cut out dress..
The thrift stores where I am are full of low rise jeans. As someone who needs a 12” rise I’m looking forward to picking up the unwanted ones in a few months. I’ve already found some slim jeans - not trendy but you can wear them forever - and two plaid flannel shirts.
Could you just tell us what's trending for 2024, so that we can all get a jump on that? Madness. Clicked here by mistake but was fascinated by how close to parody this whole clip was.
Lol, mhhmmm. Was thinking this, too. Spring/summer? I’m sorry, we are going to be wearing maxi length wool coats in SUMMER? Do they know something I don’t? Is an ice age coming? The only thing fashion seems to be doing anymore is hijacking the human need for novelty. We did high waisted, so now we will do low waisted … yawn. I think the only thing “trends” are good for is for stocking up on cuts and colours you ACTUALLY wear and like when they come around again to see you through whatever bit of horribleness inevitably dominates stock for the next few years. If you don’t know how to dress for your lines, no matter how “trendy” you garments are, you’ll look anything but your best, so, why anyone is still on this never ending hamster wheel is beyond me.
Hard same. I'm adult enough to let trends I dislike pass me by without fuss, but I was floored by how utterly dreadful every single outfit was to me. Blah after yuck after cringe!
@@northwoodfalls1403 I totally agree with the points you make except that you can wear a wool coat for eight months of the year in some places. It’s certainly appropriate from October to May where I live, sometimes with the addition of a down underlayer. It must be difficult to design for warmer temperatures as you’re not going to be wearing much when the temperature reaches 30. Many are on vacation during the warmest months and don’t need work wear. I think that’s why warm places are rarely considered fashion forward. You really only need a few cotton or silk dresses, long skirts, jeans and t-shirts to get through a hot summer. Fall, winter and spring you need to be warm and prepared for wind and rain at the very least.
Love the video but Im a bit confused. 1) Why no links to the items, same ad / or same with similar in case same is sold out? 2) I searched for the BV ribbed tank and no results. Searched by category BV > clothing and found tank name exactly the same but its not, on the website its a much lower neckline. Honestly, makes little sense from a marketing / sales perspective. ✌️💕
Love these informative videos. It's unfortunate Net-A-PORTER is only interested in speaking to one section of the population. One has to be a sizes 0 - 4 is the audience cared about.
I really miss classic tailoring and ornate, feminine flattering styles. For example, see 2006 Balenciaga runway. When is that coming back? I keep hoping, but year after year I mostly just see the fashion being weird, clownish or quirky. Or obscene.
@@jesusisapisces exactly, dress how you want even if its not "on trend", my wallet is always happy when I can't find anything to buy in a current season, don't get why some people treat runway and trends as some sort of rule book
Well lets see, low cut jeans : only for Summertime, maxi menstyle coats too boring, leather with cut outs yes !!, stilettos yes, white sneakers boring 💗
Why are most of the items in the video not suitable for actually wearing in summer time? Sweater? Coat? Are you kidding? I can't even wear jeans in hot summer!
I really don’t know why everyone is acting like low rise jeans are the devil. I love ‘em. If you think they make you look fat or something, throw on a pair of wedges, you’ll look like a frickin runway model. I like lowrise because it gives the illusion that my droopy booty is actually perky 😂
It’s more about comfort for some of us. I don’t like the feeling of pants that hang below my waist or needing different size belts in my closet. High waisted pants also balance a longer torso with shorter legs. We should be wearing what suits our bodies and what makes us feel good instead of following every trend. Good posture is the best cure for looking droopy.
Tutto scomodo. Mah
Kay is a great ambassador for Net a Porter! I love her videos keep them coming!

Love this content. "Go long, or go home." I'm 4'11", 95 lbs. The Row is fab. The twins are petite too.
More Kay Barron please!
These videos are so helpful. It's not just "here are the trends" but it's also how to apply them and how to apply them --> now. Thank you!
Kay looks amazing! Wow.
Literally obsessed with your skirt the moment the video started!
You guys go ahead with the stiletto heels and low rise jeans. Imma stay here.

Hello Kay. Fabulous video but maybe have one for someone not quite so young and skinny like your beautiful self? X
Can't get on board with the low waist jeans, sorry
That coat is an exact copy of Calvin Klein 1978 coat

Spring/Summer or Autumn 22? Maxi wool coats, jeans and long sleeved dresses with woolly jerseys.. not when its 25-30C 😆
The kate moss at botega veneta outfit makes you look 70 years old.

Fashion is only for thin and tall people
I'm not one who typically wears brown, but for some inexplicable reason I've been besotted with it. The Brioni wool coat - so gorgeous🤎🤎
