It needs to be mentioned that this only works if your car is equipped with Bi-Xenon headlights! (both low and high-beams are casted through the projector)
Blacking out your halogen reflectors will just leave you with essentialy no headlights.

BMW lights are so easy to take apart. You don’t have to worry about melting all the glue to open/close them. So jealous lol

BMW X5 E70 headlights are really difficult to remove... You have to remove the fender and undo half of the bumper ._.
They aren't easy, i snapped those bad boys on 0:57

I Have them for already 6months and still running good and looks amazing I always have it with the Turquoise setting, painted inside like you did and the Headlight cover tinted a little bit, it looks sick wish I could show you a picture. @@koray_7746 die können auch noch genau so funktionieren wie vorher, jedoch erlischt die Betriebserlaubnis des Fahrzeugs... schau mal im Internet nach „Bauartgenehmigung stvzo“... wäre es so einfach, dann hätte das jeder. Du kannst Glück haben und dir passiert nichts oder du hast einen Polizisten mit schlechter Laune und kassierst einen Punkt und du kannst dann den Scheinwerfer in den Originalzustand versetzen

Looks great, but at least I would avoid driving at night because of blacked out reflectors, that is really noticeable with LED and halogen lights, idk about HID xenons

When you tapped then into the fog lights, how did you manage to turn the halos on without the lights on? I thought the wires didn’t get power if the fog lights/ headlights were off..?

You are the lucky one. If you only knew how many of these mods are illegal in Europe and would void MOT. Even engine swaps from different models now require a written projects. Headlights have to be certified or bust.

How have these lights held up over time?? I’ve read some bad reviews about them, not sure if I want to get them.
How did you removed the sprinklers (washers) for the lights? When i tried to remove them they leaked all my wash water.
