Apparently they're included in a booklet that came with the album this song comes from, To Far Away Times: Chrono Trigger & Chrono Cross Arrangement Album. Based on the very small picture I could find (thankfully someone transcribed and translated the Japanese lyrics) this would seem to be the translation for the whole song. The lyrics you sing in the video are essentially in a made up language native to the Kingdom of Zeal according to the original composer Yasunori Mitsuda . Actually, based my attempt to transpose the lyrics you sang into Japanese, some words actually come through with the same intent as the translation. I guess Mitsuda-san mixed up Japanese with various other languages including, maybe, Latin since the word "luna" is prominent in the song. Can't seem to find a performance of this in Japanese since those lyrics were (surprisingly) unknown to the wider internet until I did some digging. If you wanted to sing in Japanese or English, I guess some creative liberties would have to be taken like any translated song. I'd love to hear what you could come up with honestly!

The reason why there won't be an anime series is because the original game was a venture of both Square Enix and Nintendo and the artwork was done by Akira Toriyama famous for the Dragonball series of animes. A lot of stars would have to align for this to work, and probably won't without a fan billionaire personally funding the production.
Seriously. I love the original, and the releases on ds and steam. It's beautiful. A remake with vocals on the tracks, perhaps 3d? Should be higher on SE's platter.
I would prefer a sequel, spin-off, or maybe even a prequel. I love Chrono Cross and it more than succeeds as sequel musically and passes with its story and art but fails, I believe, as a sequel mechanically. Most of Cross is a subtle deconstruction of Trigger (probably why some fans deride it) but the game mechanics neither deconstruct nor evolve the mechanics of the orignal. My only fear is that any attempt at a sequel or remake is like trying to put the genie back in the bottle and that the result would be nothing other than a shallow imposter. Most of the people behind these gems have gone their separate ways a long time ago so our only hope for something competant and faithful would be a situation akin to the one that lead to Sonic Mania. But perhaps that's just my pessimism talking and we'll get another great game.

I cried. Firstly because of my teenage memories that came back, and secondly because Schala is a great and a sad character at the same time. People think the biggest hero is the one with the biggest weapons, but Schala fought her mother and protected her little brother only with her sweetness, Janus even pretended to be evil just to infiltrate and to avenge her. There was always something beautiful and special about Schala and Meiyin's performance made it come alive. I'm so impressed tears became like rivers in here.

4 years we have been running a DnD campaign. One of my main NPC characters I play as dungeon master is heavily inspired by Schala. When i gave her big "reveal" only two members stayed behind to see what was going on and heard her sing "aka used this video" I was full cheek to cheek smile revealing this to them. from what I know it started out as a fancover from Laura and then Mitsuda had her sing an official version for his Arrangement Album.

過去のロープレの中でクロノが断トツ好きで、ゲームのストーリーを一番楽しんでいる後半に出てくる天空の世界がとても好きでした。

I was quite high yesterday, stumbled across this tune, and it absolutely blew my mind.
I listened to it again today. Less mind-blowing, certainly, but still beautiful. I love the way this piece builds and folds layers on and around itself. Very well done.

I cried. Firstly because of my teenage memories that came back, and secondly because Schala is a great and a sad character at the same time. People think the biggest hero is the one with the biggest weapons, but Schala fought her mother and protected her little brother only with her sweetness, Janus even pretended to be evil just to infiltrate and to avenge her. There was always something beautiful and special about Schala and Meiyin's performance made it come alive. I'm so impressed tears became like rivers in here.
And who says game's are just games?

Can we just get a proper HD remaster of this game. Like good HD Sprites. Of course after FF7 remake as long as the same team did it I would be fine with a remake. This is literally my favorite game ever. For some reason it just stuck with me and I never need to look anything up.

4 years we have been running a DnD campaign. One of my main NPC characters I play as dungeon master is heavily inspired by Schala. When i gave her big "reveal" only two members stayed behind to see what was going on and heard her sing "aka used this video" I was full cheek to cheek smile revealing this to them. Thank you for helping me do that :)
