i got mine from the mail, and i immediatly applied it. i did it all right, but i noticed it was a little bit off center. So i removed it, and now the adhesive part is full of dust. i just cant get it off. i fucking hate my life
.......i often hate my life when crap like that happens to me also. Best thing to do is accept Jesus and read the Bible and go to a Bible preaching church and find out just about everyone else has bad things going on also (cancer, divorce etc).
Dude +Lemori I can help you if you still have the tempered glass lying around, Same shit happened to me today with my original Oneplus 3t 3D curved tempered glass! probably the most expensive T glass in the market.... None the less I found dust and removed the glass just to find the adhesive part full with dust!!! I used a Brown Industrial tape which are used for packaging... stuck the adhesive side of the T glass to the adhesive side of the Brown tape... pressed with my thumb to make sure the dusts get stuck to the brown tape and the removed the tape from the T-glass and re-applied on the phone.... its much much better... I found this technique 97% effective with satisfying results!!
This was helpful! I’m removing the old screen protector and adding a new one. Plus now I’ll have this music in my head for the rest of the day. At least I’ll have something to dance to.
I did not believe it, but I messed up at installation so I had nothing to lose, there is no glue the surface is just sticky, it worked for me, believe it or not this guy saved me money for next protector and I would like to thank him. #Peace.
Cat Bug Its isnt advisable to reapply the screenguard as chances of getting it right is 1 in 100 as the moment you pull it off the static generated attracts millions of dust and debris, so get another one and use painters tape to align it correctly and do it in a bathroom with the hot water running so that all dust there settles down.
if you will look closely you will see why that he did not show a picture looking down at the phone because the corners have air pockets where they did not stick
happens to the best, but i found a fix that worked for me with cotton swabs and cooking oil. found in this vid th-cam.com/video/OR87m1JCOWQ/w-d-xo.html
Super easy to scratch the adhesive on the sticky side of the screen protector. And the corner you decide to pry up to take it off will more than likely never stick fully ever again, even pushing down really hard on that spot won’t adhere it fully. The whole point of reapplying the screen protector is to get rid of imperfections, but this process would more than likely add more imperfections than it solves. Just buy a good manufactured screen protector that offers warranty and exchange the one you effd up on for a new one. It just costs shipping for Zagg and Otterbox/Lifeproof.
Just reapplied my Zagg glass on my iPhone XS Max after watching this video, came out just like when I put it on the first time. Great video, I was getting ready to throw the Zagg away and get another screen protector..these things cost too much to replace.
I did it with no problems no bubbles.....but it was not like above. I had a a film on the back of the glass. I just wiped off the original glass on iPhone X ..was not sticky....and placed top on top and peeled it down... perfect!!
i would like to thanks you so much , because it helps me to reinstalling my screen protector and i used my own way to clean my screen just a dry wipe and it will works perfectly
I got my first phone for Christmas and I think I have a screen protector on? Because it had that same color you did when you put yours on so I don't know if it's the screen that's cracked or the protected that is but I would like to know, thanks
The new tempered glass protectors are SOOOO much easier to install and remove than the old plastic film types. It was all but impossible to install the film without bubbles...the glass, EASY!
I have gently washed with warm soapy water and let it air dry... works great... IDK about wiping it... seems like it would smear the adhesive and leave a ton of lint...
+Jacqueline Stocchetti I just installed mine and had to re-position it. I used a clean lint roller lightly on the sticky side to remove any debris (like in the video). Worked fine.
Patricia Parodi The screen protector has been attached to my phone since November without issue. What I did was pass a clean lint roller over the sticky side of the screen protector once, in one steady movement. -- It's probably obvious to mention I first peeled the outer layer of the lint roller off to reveal a clean layer. -- It removed the speck of lint from the underside of the screen protector. I suppose we should ask Jacqueline Stocchetti how her screen protector is holding up. I never thought to wash mine with warm soapy water.
I think it depends on what kind of adhesive it is, but yea i would be a little weary of using alcohol to clean the sticky side cause it could dissolve the adhesive.
You are awesome! Thank you so much for making this video. You literally saved my life and my money! I almost bought another glass protector online. I appreciate your help and thanks for sharing!
Dont use alcohol to clean the screen protector, use soap and rinse it in cooll water with your fingers, then dry with a hair dryer, after that clean your phone screen and apply it to the screen. If you have dust on the screen protector use a dust remover (roller) to remove the dust as he did, and then apply it
Mine only has adhesive around the edges, so cleaning it worked. Too bad it got scratched up to hell and back! I have a spare one, but I guess I'll use this one since it does work after all. Plus the scratches are really thin and only noticable at certain angles, especially with the screen on.
(It is a tempered glass screen protector)On the sticky side of the screen protector I got lint and dirt on it can I use alcohol to remove it or will the take the sticky part off? Please help it costed 40$ and I don't feel like coughing up the money to buy another one.
I have had mine on my Galaxy Note 3 since getting the phone in July 2014, but I dropped it as I got out the car and now have a crack across the protector. I have bought a replacement but I am concerned that I will damage the main screen removing the protector....advice please
That would be nice if it came off that easy. I have a 7+ and have been trying to get a corner up for a half hour. I'm even using a sharp utility knife blade. There's got to be an easier way...
When I buy a new phone, I also buy a tempered glass in one store. I let them to put it in my phone. The man is not do to clean the screen of my phone as he said its just new so he just get out the plastic protector in there then put the tempered glass. Is it fine?
I did this on my own and voala like fresh new install. 1.Clear with soapy water sticky side 2. I did this in bathroom because there is no dust 3. Apply duck tape (transparent) on sticky side, re-apply 2 times to remove water. 4. Cut the edges to make perfect alignment with protector and duck tape. 5. Set the protector on phone , align with phone, tape bottom with 2 small duck tape lines 6. Start peeling the duck tape on sticky side from top without removing the 2 small one on bottom. 7. Thanks you're welcome.
Today i bought a screen guard and when i put it on , i saw a bubble so I watched your video and tried to reinstall and broke the screen guard in the edge , no i might want to get another one , even though i changed the lasted one due to a minor scratch! Damn now broken
Oh thank god! I though my pug literally bit my phone screen and it was shattered 😱. But I realized it was only my screen protector so I took it off (thanks to this helpful video) and my phone screen was fine!
I am also puzzled. Isn't the alcohol wipe going to remove the adhesive on the underside of the glass protector? And if it does, how is it going to stick to the phone glass again? Please clear it up.
I just assumed I have a screen protecter, this phone was a used gift from my cheap uncle ans now the screen has these sort of bubbly shape on it. But only on the edges. Whenever I press down on them they usally shrink and then expand again which is VERY annoying. So do I have a screen protecter or is something wrong with the actual screen?
I love the final 90seconds of dark introspection he added to this video lmao...Gives you time to ask yourself 'should I even be doing this'
Lmao😂😂😂
Lmaoooo
Lmao
hahaha
Lol
Next time I put on a tempered glass screen protector on my phone I will do it in a NASA level dust free room.
ill come with you
It's kind of like tape, with glue you could never remove it.
But won't it loose the 'stickiness' with the alcohol wipe...?
Prince Xamim i tried it and its ok
I tried it and i fucked up :(
I know your here cause you messed up putting the screen protector
Air pocket took it of and nos iam here
actually no i cracked my phone :) it’s luckily just on the the screen protector tho
i put it over the freaking camera 😔
Nah I just got a halls dusty one
ummm....obviously....?
All high end phones should come with a high end screen protector as standard.
so true.
My note 10 did. But my note 20 ultra didn't. Lol
I got a high-end phone, and all it came with was a high-end phone....
i got mine from the mail, and i immediatly applied it. i did it all right, but i noticed it was a little bit off center. So i removed it, and now the adhesive part is full of dust. i just cant get it off. i fucking hate my life
Lemori I feel u
Lemori lmao
Lemori exact same fml

Yeah, I tried this, it screwed the screen protector up. It was to the point where I couldn't fix it, so yeah, thanks so much.
Well it helps if you use the right tool to take it off...
+SKULLCRUSHERGAMING there's something called I followed the video so I WOULDN'T screw it up
+ajlikesgames Well, I don't think they're really supposed to be reusable.
+ajlikesgames Haters gonna hate
No, this video is fucking terrible... I mean REALLY bad.
Beo thank you so much you are now my favorite youtuber
I did not believe it, but I messed up at installation so I had nothing to lose, there is no glue the surface is just sticky, it worked for me, believe it or not this guy saved me money for next protector and I would like to thank him. #Peace.
Wouldn't rubbing alcohol destroy all the adhesive on the glass making it no longer stick to the phone ?
i would advise not to use rubbing alcohol as it can remove the adhesive and also smear the glue leaving lint onbthe underside
+Rounak Roy so....what we clean it with now any ideas...
+Rounak Roy hmm I'm gonna try the hot bath trick...have you done this befor
i have tried the hot bathroom trick with a plastic film SP, but never tried to reapply the glass one
Thanks for showing me how to remove glass cover! I used a credit card corner.worked a treat! Thank you!
are you gay.?
@@Ratneshverrna what the fook
if you will look closely you will see why that he did not show a picture looking down at the phone because the corners have air pockets where they did not stick
Kevin Rivers Yeah also happens with cheap chinese made protectors. My neighbour also once bought a straight protector for a curved phone!LOL
happens to the best, but i found a fix that worked for me with cotton swabs and cooking oil. found in this vid th-cam.com/video/OR87m1JCOWQ/w-d-xo.html
It is true Kevin
Kevin Rivers It is true
the tape roller is such a good idea 😂
Sheena Q that’s actually a brush for getting cat hair off clothing
A brush? Nah bro it’s a lint roller for getting any hair or dust off of clothing.
The Everything Kid facts
BALENCIAGA CROCS it’s a lint roller
thank you so much! i used scotch tape on the tempered glass and it worked awesome!
I tried six other videos and this is the only one that worked
Thanks for sharing! Finally got around to replacing my cracked up glass screen protector and this was super helpful. :)
PolishAndBeyond to talk to you one day
this worked there was only two small bubbles thanks! i recommend this method the soap and water method doesn’t work

Joey
Exactly had me thinking it was more after a while I said forget it
It has been extended so it is long enough to qualify for monetize.
lol
wkakakakajaja
this worked for me thanks. just a bit dubious about the cleaning the inside of the screen with the alcohol, so i omitted that part.
Thank you sooooo much. First time ever, only one dust bubble! Woohoo!
What is the change of screen guard u just buy the new screen guard
Just reapplied my Zagg glass on my iPhone XS Max after watching this video, came out just like when I put it on the first time. Great video, I was getting ready to throw the Zagg away and get another screen protector..these things cost too much to replace.

i would like to thanks you so much , because it helps me to reinstalling my screen protector and i used my own way to clean my screen just a dry wipe and it will works perfectly
Thank you! This is just what I needed after my initial crooked installation.
Perfect & the Lint remover does wonders
How did you put the film back on if you removed that layer of adhesive from the film with the alcohol?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
So awesome, Thank you very much, GOD BLESS YOU. 😍😁
THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
I can't believe how easy it was

Thank you for posting this video. Also, I used magnifying glasses to better align the glass.
My phone now looks like it has acne due to so many air bubbles. 😂

dont wipe the adhesive part of the screen protector with alcohol.
+Frank D hey they told me that if you clean that part you will be able to put it back again but later it will fall is it true?
Patricia Parodi The screen protector has been attached to my phone since November without issue.

wipe the sticky side of the screen protector with alcohol?
and does the screen protector stick as good as it did before you removed it?
I wonder about the same. Can you really do that?
That's what I was wondering also
I think it depends on what kind of adhesive it is, but yea i would be a little weary of using alcohol to clean the sticky side cause it could dissolve the adhesive.
I did it on the sticky side it completely destroyed my screen protecter
Thank you so much it work 100% no air bubbles at all and. The sticky side was clean look brand new.
You don't use a alcohol wipe to wipe to adhesive! You use tape!
You're correct! As i experienced my self
andrekalt Yup it works the best🙂👍🏻
***** I use a brand called I-flash. I get 5 for $9.99
THANKS A LOT
Toni G. Thank you😁
Thank you the tape tip worked 😅but ended tiny dot in the edge but it's okay

Is there any type of solvent or adhesive needed to reinstall the same protective screen?
Omg thank you!!! Input mine on crooked and was so irritated but this helped out so much 😋
I love when u place the glass on and it seems to absorb to your phone
Thanks man actually works

Keone Ramos you could also buy your screen protectors at like a Ross, Marshall’s, or like a tj maxx they are like less then 5$
@@belaalviz6502 nahh. Some random skechy chinese website did the work. Bought a screen protector for less than 1$
The comment section is hilarious!
Somehow I got a spider inside my screen? One of them flat spiders..it was hard to type with him moving around in there.
i used a bit of thing cardboard to remove mine, scrapping it between the 2 worked fine for me!
Are you sure that there is no crack?
yes. I used a really thin piece.
I used a guitar pick.
that white roll is the most important thing in the process
Does this work for old tempered glass...how would the tempered glass stick to the sceeen
this works for all phones, lint roller is genius!
+Colby Hobbs How to get a lint roller? Where is it available?

very very helpfull , thank you so much !! , i just used the playing cards, did exactly like shown in the video , its easy !! thanks !
do you need to customize the mobile phone toughened glass membrane,I is a China professional manufacturers

You cleaned the sticky part also. Will it stick back again?
I don't understand how it glues back on. Was that a glue roller that he used? It won't stick and damage the screen?
can you use something else instead of the alcohol wipe?
thank you so much there were 20 bubbles and I used my lint roller and now there are only 2 😍
Brilliant tutorial.Many thanks
I thought our screen was cracked but it was only tempered class :D.. highly recommend
How should u store ur screen protector after using it?
which alcohol screen wiped did u use? where can i get them?
worked great for me. alcohol did not ruin the adhesive coating.
