    1:29 For people looking into web development, it's better to do a "font-size: 162%" or try to use relative units (rem/em). If you use pixel units, you will overwrite the default font-size of someone's browser (for example, ppl with bad eyesight could have their default font-size set to extra large). Using px is a great way to learn the basics, but always be carefull. Also: great tutorial, love the tips and tricks!

    Wow! Your top comment on here already says it, but this is such a hidden gem. This is by far the best tips video for design I have seen. So practical and to the point. The video editing alone is perfect and really highlights the design principals discussed.
    Absolutely fantastic job.

      Hi, I'm Hannah, a website developer and manager, I view the world through the lens of a problem solver and troubleshooter. It's my job to make sure that websites are up and running smoothly, and to quickly address any issues that come up. I have to be both technical and creative, as I work with the website code, while also considering the overall user experience and aesthetic. It's my responsibility to keep the website running like a well-oiled machine, so that users have a positive and seamless experience.

    Just an additional tip, don't use pure black and pure white, unless you are working with oled theme it's better to use a slightly different color then #000 and #fff

    LOVE THIS VIDEO! As one said below... the practicality of it, down to earthiness ;-), and video editing -- just a total overall PLEASANT / WONDERFUL view. Been getting into Wix Studio (Editor-X's cousin so to speak) and have run into a few of your videos. That said, this one made me hit the SUBSCRIBE button. I'll look into the COMMUNITY thing as time permits. Anyway thanks for sharing your gifts.

    This video was helpful but I got a question, when it comes to images what is the most practical way to insert images in my website?
    I'm using jsp on Netbeans to design a website for my uncle's job and I'm a bit confused on what is the best approach to insert images, is it just a simple tags or do I have to code something in css or javascript?

    • @CreativeCrewCommunity
      @CreativeCrewCommunity  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yep, tags are usually best for images, unless it's for aesthetic, then you might use CSS to make it a background image.
