RV Snowbirds No More! RV Fulltimers?

We just sold our home! We are now living Full Time in our Georgetown 369 XL Motorhome.
After having been RVSnowbirds the last two winters we decided that it was time to sell our home of 33 years and relocate. To where? Not sure yet but the RV gives us the option of not rushing. We do like the East Coast of Florida so we will look there. This video explains some of the good and bad of selling your home and the different things we had to do make it happen. We discuss selling our home in a matter of days as well as different tools we used to get it done.

We are Rollin' Into Retirement! We’re Mike and Betty Ann Dalberg from NJ! About 10 years ago we came up with a plan that included retirement at age 66.
Well…. we made it and have created our You Tube Channel titled Rollin’ Into Retirement! Over the past 30 years we have traveled and owned a Class C, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel and now a Motorhome. Great video. We too are also retired and thinking of doing the RV thing. The real estate market here on the Easton PA area is on fire so we decided to put the house up for sale this week. The problem is that if we were to downsize even smaller homes are too expensive now so we are thinking of buying an RV and travel for a year or two and perhaps the market will cool off the time we decide to move back to be with the grandchildren. The other problem is we never did the RV thing before so we have no clue on what to expect so we will be following you guys looking for some RV tips! Good luck
