What a wonderful and comprehensive showcase! I like how you went from the base up, really helped build anticipation. The side-by-side rotating statue comparisons was next-level awesome.
The detail of the base and accessories are amazing in world-building but I gotta say that sculpt is still a yikes for me. You did a much better job highlighting the details than those early in-hand pics under harsh lighting.
Looking forward to you getting the replacement one. I think it'll transform this into one of the best Joker statues after all the cards are counted 😉

After the first in-hand pics that released I contacted prime1 and asked them to put my order on hold which they nicely did. A few months ago I decided to get it and I really couldn't be happier. I have the bust on pre-order but I'm not sure if I even need it. For me this Joker statue represents every scene Heath Ledger perfectly portrayed the Joker and that's why it is the definitive version. The likeness is spot on and even better than queen's, but I guess everyone remembers him differently.
Yes definitely its super subjective most comments here have been very negative towards it

Congrats this is the first video that the camera quality is so ridiculously good that the head sculpt actually looks decent. The sheer size of this piece makes it awesome for sure. I got the Queen Studio 1:4 Artist edition coming I prefer that one and this one over Jnd.

I was hyped for this statue but the head sculpt really put me off. It looked so good on the prototype photos. Even after so many iterations I still feel like there is not a perfect TDK Joker figure/statue out yet.

I received mine around a month ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I was afraid the headsculpt was going to be terrible, but I think it looks pretty good in person. I have the bust on order and I believe it'll make this piece a standout in the collection. I also have the Prime 1 Joaquin Phoenix Joker on order and will pair the two together. I think it's great you're doing more statue reviews, as my collection is starting to go more towards the bigger pieces instead of Hot Toys at the moment.

I'm happy that you arranged the coat and edge of the shoulder. It should be that way. Looks good for me specially the upcoming alt head. It will definitely look better.
This headsculpt is awful. Queen Studios 1/4 Artist Edition has the best likeness so far, I hope you get to review it.
I don’t collect 1/4 statues unfortunately just sticking with 1/3. I’ll see if I can review a friends copy somehow!

Thanks for the review - so great to have an actual inhand/production version. More than happy with my JND one though (from Sugo haha). Looks so much better than most of the photos, so a similar situation I guess. The catch-22 of course is that you can't wait around or they'll be sold out. And selling on is a pain.

Still waiting for mine to be shipped! Yes the head sculpt is not the best but I think with the bust that’s coming it will make this the definitive Joker statue to date for sure. Thanks for the nice review Justin!
Great reviews, congrats on the statue. Didn't know that you can fix the position of the left arm shoulder pad. That's why I thought P1 changed the posture, now I'll try to fix mine :)

My biggest nitpick about this statue is that I don't think the hand holding the card is raised high enough. It's like he's in the middle of holding up the card but not actually there yet

How much this cost
I ordered mine direct from Prime 1 studio costing £1382 that's statue and shipping. I still have to pay import tax on top of this possibly £250 to £350. I am UK so price may differ for shipping and Import to US or other countries. Plus side show are also selling it.

I have no problem with this statue except the head sculpt . Something about the nose and mouth and the red smile is too much IMO. Cool statue tho no doubt .

The facial expression is the problem. It would fit A joker from the comics but it doesnt fit heath ledgers joker and his facial expressions at all.
