    I really like the way this video is edited. It stands as an example to other youtubers of how to keep it interesting.
    1: get straight to the action
    2: fast forward through slow stuff
    3: leave out the boring stuff
    Nice work!

    Nice set up, I have the basically the same hydraulic blade on the front of my tractor, but I have a 7' snow blower with hydraulic shoot on the back due to the large dumps we get in eastern Canada. The blower moves the snow away so efficiently for the deep stuff, the blade works really well for the smaller dumps and cleaning up. Great idea is to put a back-up camera mounted on the inside of the rear window and then use the monitor to watch the rear blower for me, but could watch your rear blade, don't need to turn around.

    I don't even have a driveway because i live too close to Chicago, so I get all my walks and a path through the yard for the dogs with a shovel and I have a decent snowblower if it's heavy. When I worked for the county fairground association they had a couple deeres and the smaller one had a plow like yours. Yours is much nicer though. Have you ever pushed snow with a skidsteer? They can do a 180 in place, you can almost always push yourself out of being stuck by tilting the blade straight down to the ground and using the tilt and drive to push yourself. The only downside is the huge blindspot, but it's super easy to just turn around in place so it works well, in my own experience.
    My personal favorite setup to push snow was once last year the truck i was driving the front axle broke mid shift and I got to drive the bosses nice new platinum f250 with a split blade with wings for the rest of the shift. It had a back dragger too but the comfy ride was what did it for me, and not being able to see through the floor. Dirt monkey was showing this machine on his channel that looks like a mini loader, I forgot the name but he said even with a push box it has way better traction and maneuverability than the big loader.

    • @OneEyeCustoms
      @OneEyeCustoms  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have used my wheel skid loader in the past as well as my track loader, all with this front plow. (Yea, I’ve had the plow that long) I find that the very large wheels on the tractor has a huge advantage. I’ve never been stuck on the tractor. The wheel loader was better than the track loader on pavement but the track loader is better in deep snow. But ultimately, the tractor has never left me stranded and like you said. The visibility is far better in the tractor as well.

    First thing, always the best videos. Love the Kubota tractor. My son has one he bought a couple of years ago. It’s nicer than my first new car. I did wonder, do you have any kind of options for putting a camera on the back of the Kabota to see when you’re backing up a little easier? I think I’ve even seen where you can attach a pole to the front as well? Maybe with the technology today they just attach to the top of the cab and have a zoom capability and a bigger field of view left to right. Now, love the red Challenger that shares the garage with the Kabota. Could it be a Hellcat by any chance? See you in the next installment.

    • @OneEyeCustoms
      @OneEyeCustoms  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Challenger is my son’s car and it is not the hellcat. Not sure I would want him driving one of those.
