    I am not a beginner, I've been away from playing guitar for a long long time. And I lost a lot of what I remember how to play, So I really do appreciate this lesson, and you making it easy just like my old guitar teacher did!

    Just started guitar four days ago and I have been playing and learning all day since. Your videos are really helpful and I actually understand the chords. Fingers hurt just a little but i know where my boundaries are and the only real trouble trouble is with the pull offs and quick chord changes, but with practice I can do them. Thanks

    • @Good_Guitarist
      @Good_Guitarist  7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      You're right! With practice, you can do anything here. It sounds like you have a good plan for learning - not all players do. Do keep coming back and learning here, we will always have more lessons for you.

    For the lick at @ 2:31, after the G chord, start with a B Flat as the first note, not an A (open string). I've seen Ed King address this specifically in videos as how he wrote it and played it. When you play it like that, you will immediately hear the difference. Ed King was a genius when he composed this song.

    Question…why the Cadd9 chord when you’re not hitting the D string? I just lift my index finger off the G string/fret 2 and move my middle finger to the A string/fret 3 when going from D5 to “Cadd9”
