Thank you atty this is rlly helpful for my finals! I have a question po, in your own opinion ano mas mabisa para sa Pilipinas na sundin for the treatment of aliens, international minimum standard po or National standard of justice?

welcome. aliens must be treated in accordance with international law. although states may impose their own rules yet these rules must be compliant with international law
