- A lovely ride out to Goddard's brewery on the Isle of Wight where we sample a breakfast in the bar. Stunning weather and views and sadly, I have a slight skirmish with slippery surfaces and an argument with gravity. No harm done to me or the bike but my helmet was saddened when my head hit a metal post.
So a new schuberth c5 helmet is on its way to replace the scorpion which did its job admirably saving my noggin!!
Could happen to anyone have had similar experience. Hope you're OK ! 👍Alan Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately not Steve as it would have been a good day out. Have a great one if you’re going. I’m ok and the bike is fine. More a bruised ego and a bruised wallet from buying the new c5!
Another good ride with you. Good to see passing shots, visit, and drone work. Well done for including the faux pas, it was really bad luck to be close to something hard. I'm glad you are up and running again, and looking forward to the next one.
