I don't like this age discrimination. If someone is acting like NOT a child, but and asshole, you treat the child like one. The only thing, first you need to check if it's a child or an asshole. Once confirmed, you can do whatever you think is suitable.

I was referring to the situations where it's not enough to explain that someone is doing something wrong. If they would be your typical children, they would probably protest a bit, but leave and understand more or less it was wrong.
I particularly live at the moment in the area where I've seen children harassing shop oweners or other adults. And adults are afraid to do anything. For one, there's still like 8 children and always couple of them is like 14-16 so they are as tall as you and strong enough. Secondly, the police will always find you guilty of child abuse if you'll get physical.
But as phischologist, you must agree, that if no one draws a boundery, a child will continue pushing the boundaries further.
In a nutshell, you need to show them that it's wrong, and they need to understand it. Start with simple talk, if doesn't walk, use other means.

It's more that the biker can't slow down fast enough like a car usually would and the car doesn't speed up enough to compensate so the biker is at risk on hitting the back of the car and getting fucked up while there is little to no risk for the car
