- Welcome to the latest episode of Big Trip! Today I am at Tonbridge on the South Eastern Main Line where services are seen by Southeastern and Govia Thameslink Railway brand Southern.
Tonbridge was a lovely station with an incredible vantage point towards London, the freight was incredible but very lengthy. The passenger variety was good with some 375s and 465s turning up along with a couple of 377s in the mix at points. The station itself is relatively big with good views in both directions but some platforms were a bit awkward and only one area of the station is good to be at. This was overall a great station to film at.

28:28 Oh wow that's me on the right! 😂😂😂 I saw someone filming here and then just now I decided to look for videos at this station and found myself in this video! 😂😂😂 Well that was just me boarding 375 301 on my way back up the Medway Valley Line lol. Nice one👍😎
So many emojis lolololol
I like emojis 😂😂😍
Lollllllll
Sandwich and Bat and Ball have got to be two of the best named UK train stations, thoroughly enjoyed watching Kieran, If I went anyway on SE, I would probably go here, thumbs up from me as always mate
Great to see new content posted so often on this channel! Keep up the good work!
Thank you!
GREAT VIDEO
Thank you!
375909 being about the cleanest 375 I've seen😂😂. Great video Kieran!! The SEML is a good one but not the best I would say, all you see is 375s which looks like a sh*t on rails. The 465s are lovely on the other side and they sound lovely. If you do come back to the SEML can you do Waterloo East?
Awesome Video Bud :) Could've sworn I seen the top of the Biffa Livery 66 66783.
Have you released your Northern Ireland schedule for next week yet or is that still to be announced?
66714 definitely sounded like it needed to go to Doncaster Roberts Road for some Maintainence as it sounded like it could’ve failed at any moment. Great video Keiran
It did sound a bit funny when i heard it.
Great video
Thank you!
The 377/3 is timetabled to go to Redhill
Longest direct service from Charing cross is to Ramsgate via Dover Priory. Oddly enough it’s a service from Charing Cross to Ramsgate and Ramsgate, it splits at Ashford and half goes to Ramsgate via Canterbury and the other half goes to Ramsgate via Folkestone and Dover.
Correct indeed! Although they advertise it as Charing Cross to Ramsgate and Sandwich.
KTV Videos LOL
How often is the tonbridge strood shuttle
If not already, are you visiting Hastings? Since you are making your way South.
I shall be doing so but at a later date.
@@KTVTransport okay.
southern are not going to London Victoria from tonbridge anymore but they are only going as far as redhill because of the new timetable
Thanks! I was confused at first.
Nice video and also London Victoria to tonbridge it dosent run anymore so it’s red hill to tonbridge
After an extensive, but by no means complete, study of the the timetables, I believe the answer to the question may be 52 mins on the 9:24 service from Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells which arrives into Tonbridge at 10:16
Not that route I'm afraid. Good try though.
Question of the video I believe it from Charing cross to Tunbridge wells
Incorrect
Are you going to do London Victoria
Not sure
Is a busiest station
I am going on a train tomorrow
Cool
KTV Videos thx
I work there 😂
I highly recommend London bridge or strood
I shall look into those.
Thx
