गांव हो या शहर, कम जगह में अधिक मुनाफे वाली खेती |

हरिद्वार के बुग्गावाल, नौकराग्रान्ट गांव के रहने वाले मनमोहन भारद्वाज ने पारिवारिक बिजनेस छोड़ कर मशरूम की खेती में हाथ आजमाया। इससे उन्हें अच्छा मुनाफा होता है और आज उनका सालाना टर्नओवर 15 करोड़ सिर्फ फ्रेश मशरूम की खेती से है। उनके यहां 2017 में प्रतिदिन करीब 1000 किलोग्राम मशरूम उत्पादन होता था, जबकि आज उनके प्लांट में 5000 किलोग्राम मशरूम उत्पादन होता है। मनमोहन ने साल 2022 में अरनी प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट भी शुरू की। इससे उनकी सालाना कमाई करीब 25 करोड़ रुपये हो जाती है। वे किसानों को मशरूम उत्पादन का प्रशिक्षण भी देते हैं।
