  • @missmatti
    @missmatti 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Wow! Thank you, Vanessa! 🤭😍I followed your old video on planning your content in Asana to set up my workflow and it made all the difference for me. Before that I used Evernote and it got really messy.
    Airtable looks fantastic! I will not switch right now, but I love that you can do custom setups (I am adding all my sub-tasks all the time in Asana which is annoying 😑). I am gonna apply some of your new tips in this video, and also some things that I have learnt myself from working with "the old set-up" to improve my own workflow even further. I especially want to improve creating my promotional materials for Instagram & Pinterest.
    Also, I make DIY videos so I am trying to work on how I can create that kind of content in a consistent and efficient way as it takes much longer to produce. So far I am trying to batch my intro/outro clips and making simpler-to-produce content (like tips-videos) in between a DIY tutorial.

    Hey Vanessa! I'm a huge fan of your content and how analytical you are. I was previously a product manager and very much appreciate your workflows and project management systems. I've created a pretty solid Instagram content system in Notion and now researching a way to extend it to serve multiple channels - i.e TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn. I'm curious if you create a separate project or calendar for each different channel or if you tag the content with it's respective channel and then filter into dashboards?
