Great tutorial, Manuel. Brilliant job as always. 10:14 A question: instead of converting the null & layer into 3D + rotating it, can’t you just leave the null into 2D and turn de 100% x scale into negative (unchecked dimensions) and leave the y scale at 100%?
Thanks! It would only change the scale of the shape, but wouldn't move the positions. So the Null let's you rotate everything. You could also precompose the layer, turn it into a 3D layer and rotate it.
Would there be a reason as to why my convert vertex tool doesn't work properly when holding shift on a keyframe? It doesn't produce the adjustment handles or anything. Thanks for any help!
bro painted his nails blue just to explain anticipation to us. Respect! 🔥
Great animation Manuel!!👌
Thanks very much!
Love the new Haircut 👌
😁 Thanks!!
Thank you. I learn for this video 😁
That’s great to hear!

😁😊
my name is Slava, by the way, nice to meet you, Manuel does Motion
Hey Slava 👋🏻
love it
Awesome!
Freaking love this, your ball bounce technique is much easier than SOM ;)
That’s awesome! So great to hear! Thanks!
nice
Thanks!
SHEEESH!
neat! 🔥
Thanks!

What's the plugin name you used?
I don’t use any plug ins.
This was slick! Though there a benefit to adding a point at the high point of a bounce vs using the graph to create it?
Thanks! Both works, by adding a keyframe you can control the exact position better.
nice as always .can i ask you a question . where can i find these palete shape properties and shape trasnform ?
Thanks very much! That's the new properties window that came with After Effects 23.
@@ManueldoesMotion thank you. i have 2020 version .have to update my AE version thanks again
bro is that properties shape panel extension or is it in after effects . is there any tutorial about that ?
The properties window came with After Effects 23. If you use the latest version of After Effects you should have it.
@@ManueldoesMotion ok thanks for the replay I use 21
Would there be a reason I cannot adjust the curve with the 'Convert Vertex' tool?
You can’t adjust the value graph of the position property if you don’t separate the dimensions first.
@@ManueldoesMotion ah of course. Thank you thank you!

Nevermind I realized I didn't separate the x and y dimensions :)
following the step 10:06 but it doesn't rotate, maybe i miss something? 🤔
Did you link the shape layer to the Null object and turned them into 3d layers?
