@@rizzler399 I know a way i do like that only. You just have to export the video without transitions and animations that makes the app laggy. Just split where you want to add transitions etc. and export. After that Make a new project and just add transitions or animations text etc whatever u want. This happens because we take a long video, split and delete its parts and add trasitions etc. Makes the app laggy. Hope it helps.

I suggest you sync your raw clips (without effect) with the audio first before adding the effects that may lag and delay your sync.
