I know its late, and you probably don't play this anymore but maybe someone else would find this helpful But Dolan likes his office to be the main room with expensive furniture that makes him look powerful, he only wants *one* bedroom and *one* bathroom, and prefers it all to be as CHEAP as possible. Only office furniture should be expensive!
He wants his office AND the hallway to be super expensive, and all the rest dirt cheap. I always sort items by descending price and just use the most expensive stuff I can find, plus workshop items that are marked as "expensive". I always make a hallway if the house doesn't have one, *grin*. The buyers in general are buggy and their programming isn't smart enough, so catering to specific buyers can be quite frustrating, but one can target Dolan pretty well.
Silly, but this game is like medicine to me. I got a TBI (traumatic brain injury) that brain injury sometimes gives me bad OCD. It keeps my brain busy. I can’t get a real job again, so when I play, I’m “going to work” I can’t do very much physical activity any longer, so this game seriously saves me. Watching you gives me lots of new ideas, so thank you!
