Modern Apartments in Mt. Komorebi | NoCC | Stop Motion Build | The Sims 4 For Rent

- Hey everyone!
This modern apartment complex has 5 units in total. Each unit has a unique floor plan and interior, however all the units share the same furniture for kitchen and bathrooms.
This build was built on 5-3-1 Shinrinyoku lot (30x20) in Mt. Komorebi. The apartment complex also has a shared gym, mini library and a playground.
Before placing the build I recommend to use bb.moveobjects code. The house is available for download on the Gallery. If you can’t find my builds on the gallery, please make sure that your ‘custom content’ box is checked ^^

5:54 - Second floor: 1BR and 2 BR
9:10 - Third floor: Gamer and nursery
11:37 - Fourth floor: 3 BR + office
Half the fun of watching these is to see what furniture and layout solutions the designer has come up with to fill the available space credibly and creatively. Always interesting and inspired.
