Young Coconut Dessert - របៀបធ្វើបង្អែមបបរដូងខ្ចី

The recipe of Young Coconut Dessert is very simple and it's really delicious.
Try it out yourself.
Ingredients:
12oz [350g] Young Coconut flesh
1/4cup [60g] Glutinous rice
4Tbsp Peeled Mung beans
3cup [750ml] Water
2cup [500g] Coconut Milk
8Tbsp Cane sugar
1/2tsp Salt
3 Pandan leaves
2Tbsp Tapioca starch
4Tbsp Water
