I think Crystal has actually gotten BETTER since it debuted! And the soundtrack ROCKS!! If there’s any cirque show out there right now that deserves a soundtrack release, it’s Crystal, 100%.
I agree totally. Only saw Crystal and had my phone try and pick up the songs on the soundtrack throughout the show. Really want a full soundtrack, as the music and show were epix
I remember when Cirque du Soleil came to red deer ab and preformed Crystal, I think I was like 12, I still remember when the performers did these really cool trich things on the ice and doing flips off of the jumps and just watching the show really impacted the way I am today. Thank you Cirque du Soleil for such an amazing memory!! Im looking forward to any shows that come to Alberta!!!
I saw Crystal last year in Mexico City, and It talked to my inner self, I was through a lot at that time...the last scene was supreme for me, I sensed every feeling with such intensity I cried.
I wish Emily McCArthy as Krystal would have more parts. It is by far my favorite part of the whole show. The sound track and performance/choreography go so well together. Sometimes Cirques story lines can be hard to understand but this was so clear.
@@madison8568 She’s mentioned on social and on a podcast she has some other parts. I think it’s more troupe parts. That most casts do a few troupe things in these shows. And then the hand to hand we see here is her solo.
the “work/school/home life” section of crystal almost made me cry. i highly suspect myself to be neurodivergent and often get overwhelmed trying to figure out why things are the way they are, especially when they’re so loud. perhaps this video caught me on an emotional day.

AXEL is the best touring Cirque show ever. Combination of awesome music, action, incredible skating, captivating martial artist and acrobatics. Can't wait until it comes back!!!!

Beautiful performance, unfortunately my show in Canada was cancelled due to covid,. Ticket for this performance was a birthday present form my children. i regret that I couldn't see Crystal in reality.
