Frisco 1522 was the very last steam locomotive to go through my town having done so in the year 2000. Prior to that Hannibal, Missouri where I live had not seen steam locomotives since at least the 1950s. I think there is some footage of it moving through Hannibal, Missouri on a excursion on TH-cam somewhere.
Except at 0:03 and 1:01 because that's the whistle from Sierra Railway 3 but high pitched, i guess they trying to make the whistle if it it was an actually CB&Q 5 Chime whistle but no it's just dubbed.
All the scenes of Frisco 1522 (A 4-8-2 “Mountain” built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1926) in the movie Truman from 1995, 7 years prior to being retired from excursion service in 2002.
In real life the train wasn't Frisco #1522, it was actually Grand Trunk Western #6325, 7 years before #1522 gets retired and 6 years before GTW #6325 return to service

There is footage of that in On The Road With Frisco 1522.

Speaking of that, that sound effect has a page in Sound Effects Wiki but they didn’t mention Truman there.@@SuperFoxyRailwayProduction6702
@@SuperFoxyRailwayProduction6702 High pitched because the movie is in PAL pitch. Also, the upload got sadly removed.
There is nothing like mainline power at high speed.
