Sir! In microcuvetts the internal diameter is decreased, now the diameter of sample through which EMR is passing is lesser....then how can we say that path length is same?

Good question. Path length will remain same as we are narrowing the cuvette only in one dimension such as width wise, while its length remains same.

Sir! Is there any difference in measurement if we use cuvette with or without stopper? l always use cuvette without stopper (our lab always had that) and never think about it. And ls there any chance that if we use cuvette without stopper then sample may absorb moisture from environment and its concentration changes? (although its exposure in not for longer time)
