Yes you can do stage 1 stock but I would recommend an upgraded charge pipe. That is HIGLY recommended since you stock one is plastic and prone to cracking when adding boost

You have to select you engine, in my case I chose N26 and then the rest of the options are optional. Such as if you need an Ethernet cable, BM3 stickers etc

What’s going on my friend. It shouldn’t change drastically at all. Tuning your car won’t make the mpg worse just how you drive it tbh. It should stay relatively normal to wherever it is now

That’s a good question. From my knowledge clearing the CEL will clear it for the catless downpipe and I’m pretty sure any other engine problem. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. But I just stay on top of maintenance on my vehicle to avoid problems

Stage 1 I would just recommend a chargepipe. It’s not necessary but it’s for reliability purposes. But technically you don’t need any additional upgrades for a stage 1 tune
I wouldn’t recommend tuning stock. I would at least have a chargepipe for stage 1 but long answer short yes technically you could tune stock and put the aggression all the way up
The one in my vehicle changes automatically. In daylight they are white but at night when my headlights turn on the instrument cluster goes from white to amber

You should really do the charge pipe with the tune because the stock charge pipe is cheap plastic and once u tune it, the stock chargepipe won’t be able to handle the increase in boost and will cause it to crack or pop off one day while your driving and you will go into limp mode and think you blew something up cause you tuned it. Long story short get the charge pipe with the tune it’s not that much money. Make sure it’s not plastic
My bad haha no I didn’t have to unlock the DME. Mine was already fine when I went to flash it but in some cases yes you will have to get the DME unlocked
FYI Bootmod3 has an actual app now, you do not need to download test flight anymore.

I no longer had warranty so I was never worried about going to the dealership. I have a bmw mechanic on the side if it’s something I can’t fix myself.

No it should be the same tune for the n20/n26 as long as you have on or the other. The engine information can be found on the inside of your hood

Yeah I had a redline 360 dual exhaust. And I had no issues after tuning

You can code your car back to factory tune but I’ve heard there are ways that they can see your car has been tuned/tampered with

91 and 93 are both the same
Yeah if you tune it with the stage 1 93 octane you’ll want to use the 93. You can even use 93 not being tuned it’s better fuel. That’s what I use
