It's all fun when seeing snow for the first time but when it reaches like 30cm then you will start to worry on how to clear it if you are not living in an apartment. Yes in Tokyo metro area snow is very rare and it is a wet type of snow like a texture of a fruit shake. Kobo chan doesn't have a headgear or a pair of gloves I wonder if she really don't feel cold. Running while catching a bit of wind can really make you shiver. That's really a definition of hardwork ninong.

As I live in Northwestern Alaska, it is rather amusing to see other places get snow when it is not experienced in that place very often. Right now, there is a meter or so of snow right outside my home. It is -6C outside which is abnormally high for this time of year. Hehe!! It is kind of magical for people to experience snow, hehehe! As a person living in Canada, I LMAO reading the title! Here, heavy snow means 1 foot or more. These are flurries. Other than that, nice vid!
Oh my god, I am the only one that think this is crazy, work under the snow, the girl is not wearing required clothes to guard her health. I have been under the snow and is very unconfortable, the wet clothes, the minimun consecuence for her will be get a cold. Please, care of your workers, they are persons not robots.

That's a reality of life in Japan, especially life in metropolitan cities like Tokyo. As long as there are tourists in the streets, the rickshaw companies will operate. Rickshaw workers who stay home because of snow will have a day short of cash. Life is tough for those people. Many of them are young university students, and they must not forfeit any opportunities to make ends meet. I was speechless at first seeing the rickshaw worker who turned a snow day into a fun working day for her. And yet, nothing can dampen her spirit and her work ethic.
