I wonder why it can't develop despite so many good factors in its favour. The same can also be said for JB Central in general: I feel it could be more developed and bustling, especially with more planning.
@@alantew4355 they don't have the mentality of maintenance and servicing so a few years down the road, everything falls apart. just look at those older projects and tamans. workmanship is suspicious too. interest rate, renovation and furnishing add up to the overall cost. in the end without mm2h visa, new buyers cannot stay in the country as they wish.
