If you have ever seen any of the Tales from the Bus clips on TH-cam, many of the people close to Tammy and who worked with Jones say that they don’t think he cared about money or being famous. They all kind of thought that he drank because he couldn’t handle being on the stage. I know he is the voice of country music and I’m thankful I got to see him on stage before he passed away.

As a kid our radio was always tuned in to the "Ralph Emery Show" every Sunday. Great interviews !👌

Yes, It's from Ralph's "Take Five" radio show.
Country started going pop way back in the late '50s with Eddy Arnold, Patsy Cline, and the rest.
