Although the Gazaties sound sincerely desperate for peace, are they saying what they think Israelis want to hear? It would be great to impersonate AlJazeera and see if they say the same things.
I’m on Razi’s side about the work permits into Israel but Alex makes a good point about Gaza’s governmental control of who would be aloud to use them and return to Gaza without punishment. Oh wait a minute, these are the ones that helped Hamas on 10/7/23. They all had work permits to come to Israel to make a living wage and they were even friends with the Israelis that were harmed that day ! I changed my mind it will take time to trust anything they say ever again . This was a great show, tied up some loose ends for me !
Alex is right. I also noticed that Osher Ad (which usually caters to the Haredim) bag, and wondered about it. I don't trust anything from Kan, I only trust channel 14. The other channels, which get money from car registrations, are far left.
OK so eventually what is to happen to them? Let's take trust of the Palestinians away forever and ever. Eventually, this war will end and you'll still have this population of people. What gets done then?
I struggle to believe that an Israeli journalist went into Gaza and no one attacked him. It also gives Israeli opponents an opportunity to question why other journalists cannot go in since it seems it’s safe.

No government would conduct a withdrawal based on these videos! So I feel the panel is taking them _more_ than at face value and drawing fantastic conclusions. It's a snap-shot of a defeated people.
Yeah I don't think the panel listened enough to the testimonies, they tried to dismiss them when what they're saying is supportive of a narrative of continuing the war to defeat hamas. And now you can tell your more moderate friends that there are people in Gaza who are supportive of Israel taking out Hamas and there was even a guy who said Israel should rule over Gaza afterwards. Of course the people may have avoided crititicizing Israel to the Israeli reporters but that doesn't mean they were lying about their complaints of Hamas and praise of Israel.
@@elijahmiller6925 You said that so well. TBH I was disappointed at the angle the panel came from. Even if it is the beginning of a small culture change, that is good.
@@ac1646 I think ARCUK usually does a pretty good job covering Israel and what's going on, they bring a unique perspective because most people who are as pro-Israel as them are religious and have religious convictions behind their beliefs, but for people who like reason-based arguments, ARCUK does an excellent job.
